On Sunday 26th September 2021, and in the lead up to the Winter League season, we were invited to Dobwalls Short Mat Bowls Club for a friendly. A lovely welcome awaited our team and a great atmosphere all evening.
It was so nice to finally to play a competitive game against another club after so long under the Covid regulations we have had to endure for the previous eighteen months or so. Everyone had a fantastic time, even if Dobwalls proved to be the stronger team. We'd like to thank them for their great hospitality and will be looking to invite them to our club for another friendly in 2022. The pictures below taken on the night courtesy of Caroline Allen.
